Role as Assistant Director, Social Affairs

As the Assistant Director of Social Affairs, my role centers on planning, coordinating, and supervising programs, initiatives, and events that promote social welfare, community development, and organizational harmony.



Key Responsibilities:



Policy Implementation: Assist in formulating and executing policies and programs that address social issues within the organization or community.



Event & Program Coordination: Organize social, cultural, and welfare-related activities, ensuring they align with institutional goals.



Community Engagement: Foster collaboration between stakeholders, community groups, and leadership to drive inclusive participation.



Advisory Support: Provide guidance to management on social concerns, welfare matters, and staff/community relations.



Conflict Resolution: Support in managing grievances, promoting harmony, and ensuring fair treatment within the community or workplace.

Monitoring & Reporting: Track the effectiveness of social programs and prepare reports for leadership decision-making.

Welfare Services: Assist in overseeing staff welfare initiatives, community support services, and other social intervention projects.
